Depending on the size of lemon, you could get a good 1/4 cup or so of juice from 1 lemon!

Wow what kind of lemons are you getting a 1/4 cup of juice from?? I figure about 2-4 Tbls.

It depends on the size of the lemon, but, on average, I find I can get 3 tablespoons out of one lemon, sometimes up to 4.

To get the most juice out of a lemon, make sure it is room temperature.

For a medium lemon it's 2 TBS.

There is approximately 2 1/2 tablespoons of juice in one lemon.
If you buy the concentrate in a bottle it tells you on the side that the above amount equals the juice of one lemon. Hope this helps.

try to use a slow juicer or masticating juicer to yield more juice in lemon
