You will need to explain it better if you want to get the advice you need. What do these things look like? Are they moving? Get a magnifying glass and get a better look. The best bet would be to call the vet and describe it to them I have not heard of anything other than fleas on fur or round worms inside them. Sorry I can't help more. ~A~

Okay lets see if we can sort this out for you, take a look a this link this is lice, http://www.groomers.net/discus/messages/233/27445.jpg if you are finding these around the eyes, and fur they are lice,

If you have the presence of rice like segments (proglottids) around your cat's anus & in the environment is a sign your pet has tapeworm. I have posted a link to a picture but it is not that good, the eggs really look line little bits of rice, http://www.maxshouse.com/Med%20Pix/tapeworms-seg%20crop.jpg

I hope this is in someway helpful to

It might be larvae from fleas. I would bathe them and then get some frontline or advantage. You may have to treat your house too. If your pet has fleas, then your home doe to. FYI: vacuuming is 95% effective in treating a flea problem. Let me know if you need more info, I just went through this.

Now if they don't have fleas and it looks like grains of rice near the behind area, treat them for worms.
