I'm assuming this is only a problem because you think she's attracted to you and you are not reciprocating. If that's the case, RUN DON'T WALK and tell her exactly how you feel: "I'm attracted to you in every way except physically." Let her know that you still value the relationship you have together and would like to be friends, but be clear that you are not interested in anything more than friendship. If she seems even REMOTELY disappointed, have the courage to admit this will hinder the development of a true friendship between you and suggest you don't see each other. Don't compromise and force yourself into a "love" relationship with her because ultimately you will be unsatisfied and so will she. Give her (and in turn yourself) the chance to find someone who is more than just a kindred spirit. Best of luck!

You don't date her, and don't lead her on.

Otherwise she'll be posting questions here in a few months saying 'how can I get my bf more interested in me, I feel ugly and worthless because he has no desire for me'.

She deserves better. Dating someone you're not attracted to isn't mature or noble. Its stupid and condemns both of you to unhappiness.
