why legal aid is needed in india.

Where there is any legality on an issue only an expert [ which you arent ] can guide you about the law of land.

You dont need a legal aid on daily issues which do not tresspass or challenge any law of the land or any part thereof.

That is why, my friend a legal aid is required .

The state (government) is ultimately more powerful than a citizen so in order to defend themselves some citizens need assistance
for fairness.

Learnt that on my first day of studying law at uni.
