If you had a crush on a guy ages ago, why is it an issue now? Do you mean you've had a crush on him for ages? As in a long time?
Why SHOULDNT you ask him out? SOMEONE has to make the first move, so why do you imagine it would be more 'rude' for YOU to do it than for HIM to do it?
