Get him a newspaper from the day he was born. Most offer a reprint of the exact paper in a bound cover with his name and date of birth embossed on the front and done in a nice presentation box. People I have brought them for have loved them and looking back at the ads etc.

I am going to assume he has all the (golf, etc..) stuff that he needs. How about tickets to a sporting event - Travel agent gift certificate. Worse case a restaurant gift certificate could work. If you don't want him to know what you spent think about buying him a weekend getaway package or a Golf , Monster Truck event tickets (Whatever floats his boat). Try to get him something he would enjoy and would not spend the money on himself. Good luck - PS ask his wife or one of his buddies for an idea if your still stumped.

You haven't even given us any idea what he likes, what he enjoys, what he does in his free time he finds relaxing, exciting or interesting.

So...based on that be ready for silly answers. next time abit more information to process would be wise.

He seems to be having all the material things already. Have you thought of singing a song to him? :)

It depends on what his hobbies are. You can get him something that he will use when he is enjoying his hobby. It will be greatly appreciated and not be set aside to collect dust.
