A lot of girls pre-requisite to dating is a guy that's taller. If she's like that, then it only shows how shallow she is.
I'm 6 inches taller than my boyfriend and still wear heels! If you're confident in yourself and she's confident in herself, it shouldn't be a problem.
Good luck!

Have you not seen Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman standing side by side? Or for that matter Tom and his lover Katie together? Nicole is also taller than her husband Keith Urban. Height should never stop you from getting to know a girl - or any girl! Don't think of yourself as short because your legs are just as long as hers.....they go from the ground up to your butt like hers do!! I'm 5'9" (female) and I've dated guys that were shorter than me. Didn't have too much of a problem about it. Go have fun and if you don't let your height get into the way, no one else will!

First stop worrying about who's taller!!! Being yourself and showing self-confidence will always win the day. If you worry about something so trivial, it will show!!! What are you trying to do? My first question is what do you know about this girl? Have you ever spoken to her before, and if so was she receptive to your attention. But really, stop with the height thing, I've always been tall, and some of my boyfriends were shorter than me. Good things come in small packages, and besides, depending on how old you are, you're in for a growth spurt!!!

Ones height has nothing to do with love. Look around you will see couples every where that the girl is taller than the boy!!!! So take a chance let her know how you feel.

Exactly, it doesn't matter how tall either of you are. If you like her go for it.
Look at Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman , Dustin Hoffmann, even the midget from Austin Powers is with a 6 footer. No one cares. What ever you really want is what you go for

you're no longer extremely tall, and you look constructive. in simple terms carry close in there, you will provide up turning out to be very quickly and the ladies will enhance and discover you much less intimidating. in simple terms talk with the female. If she's so shallow to no longer talk with you approximately something you may no longer substitute, she isn't worth it. i think of that if she's type, she would be in a position to no longer enable it come between you. in simple terms instruct her you're friendly, no longer frightening.

height shouldn't matter and if it does to her then she is not for you. so just go up to her and talk to her. build your confidence up and just do it and if it turns out that she does not feel the same don't let it deter you from trying to date someone taller than you in the future. it will be her loss.
