How can I improve my site www.mediavolunteer.org to make it more interesting to volunteers?

I work for a non-profit that is doing great things with on-line volunteering. Our site www.mediavolunteer.org is not doing what i would like. I was hoping some of you could visit www.mediavolunteer.org, maybe poke around in there, and let me know how to make it better. Thanks!
