my son met a friend that is of the Paegan Religion and was scared to tell my son about it. I was just wondering what its beliefs are.

It doesn't matter what type of religion that your son's friend is.

The person your son met was right not to talk to him about the religion because it is soo likely that what he might say would be misinterperated. Pagans beleive in nature and their gods are naturals such as earth, sky, sun and as with any religion a smattering of other things that "some" beleive. The do not beleive in an external God but that God exists within each human.
