If you diet, any trainer, or dietician will tell you that your body cannot matabolize more than 2 1/2 pounds per week in weight loss, and that everything else you are losing is either muscle or water. So how is it that on the show the Biggest loser these people are losing 20 and more pounds per week? They seem to be able to maintain a consistant amound of weight loss that is well over what trainers will tell you. How is that?
