Taking creatine along with your daily workout regiment will boost your muscle mass. I know many a person who have used this during their pre-season training, and it was very effective. Just make sure you are safe about using it...if you are leery about it, but want to try it, consult with your doctor first - s/he can tell you all about it.

Use the hybrid technique, start off at a comfortable weight and progress into ur max ie. Say u bench 250. Do 4 sets start wit say 150 and build up to 90% of ur max..then every few days try and max out at a higher target! Not only will this make u stronger but it will increase ur bulk. Eat plenty of protein, lean white meats such as chicken, snack on nuts(full of protein and take creatin suppliments to further increase ur bulk. Don't over do it on the exercising! All that time and effort and pain that you endured could all be in vein if you end up in a hospital bed for a few weeks!

I think you have some misconceptions. Cardio burns fat, while
weight training builds muscle, along with the proper diet. Cardio
really doesn't promote muscle gain, but fat loss. I have posted
some links that you might find useful. I think it's good you're
doing both cardio (aerobic) and anaerobic exercises (such
as weight training), because they complement each other nicely.
I hope the links help you out.

1 kg per week is a great gain dude. But working out every day wont help. I suggest 3 times per week. But creatine and whey protein are good supplements.

Don't do too much of exertion as you can land up in the hospital as well
