My routine changes every 3-6 weeks. I usually do 4-8 full body training sessions per week. 4 with weights, the rest body weight resistance only. Each session is 45-90 minutes long.

I use an exercise ball. It also came with a DVD - Core Secrets with Gunnar Peterson. It is really good. I stopped doing this over the summer, but am now getting back into it. Another part of not being able to do this was that me and my neighbor were doing this together and I left my ball at her place and her new puppy bit a hole in it. I just purchased a new ball and will keep it here to prevent any popping! It is a good workout - AND the workout on the DVD is 25 minutes. I do this every day, but according to the DVD, even if you commit 3 times a week you will still get a good workout. This workout covers your entire body. Another good thing I do is walk. I walk at least 2 times a week for about 1 1/2 miles each time. If you use this DVD and workout regimen, be sure you also purchase a pair of barbells. I use 5 lb ones. Good Luck!
One more thing: I used to do Water Aerobics. They are the best. Most communities offer this program. I just haven't signed up for a while because I was doing it in my own pool in the summer. This workout is a lot of fun!

My exercise week starts and ends on Saturday. On Saturday I go for a long run (anywhere from 5 - 20 miles depending on how soon my next running event is). I usually rest on Sunday, although I have been known to go hiking or swimming. On monday I cross train with either biking or swimming. On Tuesday I go for a 5 mile run. On Wednesday I either run up and down hills for a couple miles or go to a local high school track. Thursday I run a moderate number of miles (depending on my running partner). I rest on Friday. I'm fairly faithful to this. I don't feel too bad if I miss a day here and there because I am so active. I almost never skip my Saturday morning work out. If I do, I make it up the next day.

I do jazzercise 3-5 days a week (every day during the summer when I am not teaching). In addition, I work out at home at least twice a week: bicycle (stationary or in the neighborhood), nautilus machines, and push-ups/sit-ups. I am quite faithful. The jazzercise is a lot of fun,and I am always bummed when my job gets in the way of my jazzercise (e.g., a meeting is called).

90 minutes in the gym, 6 days a week. I am very faithful to it, I even get irritated when for some reason I cannot go to the gym.
