well measure them as squares and piece them back together as one but be careful mark them with pencil before you cut

if thye are digital use "picture it 99" the new picture it is less useful. If you have actual pictures, STOP! dont cut! scan them onto the computer and then use a program to combine them...Its neve ok to destroy pictures, expecially when you dont know exactly how to do what you are wanting to do.

You need to use an application such as 'Photoshop' to achieve this. There are also some limited free to use applications such as 'Paint Shop Pro'. Download this and try it out

you do not specify if you want them cut fisicaly or scan them and work on the computer.
do you plan to make a colage??
