it depends: northern italy is pretty cold, fog and rain.. southern italy is warm and sunny...

We moved to Italy two years ago, and both Novembers that we have been here have been cold, but not unbearable. Maybe in the 40's. I have seen that in most parts of Italy, but where I live in Naples, that seems to be the case much more then the other parts of the country. The weather in the winter is very much like the weather in the Northwest back in the States.
Right now, we're have a warmer then usual October, but they are saying that will be changing soon.
