I had a massive night out last night where i smoked probably a packet of smokes and drunk loads of alcohol. This morning at work i went to the toilet and threw up but as i was finishing i threw up a heap of blood. It wasnt really that much and i am starting to feel a bit better but what should i do? should i wait to see if it happens again.

Sweetie you serioulsy need to see a doctor and fast, that could be a sign of an Ulcer or something damaging your lungs, and if it's a problem with your lungs, don't wait. it was probably your binge night that caused it, i saw it more than once in college... and if so it'll probably be fine if you lay off and give your body a good bit of time to heal.. but it's also possible that there is some other condition that your binge night just aggravated.... so it's not a bad idea to get checked out, even if you are feeling better.. better safe than sorry!

tell doctor,probly just a broken blood vessel from the force exerted on throat.if it keeps up don't take chances see doc. dont be a pig drinking and smoking.

It couldn't hurt to go to the doctor. At least then you'll know if there is anything you need to do to take care of the problem.

Probably irritated the lining of your stomach .. you may have a small ulcer too. I'd probably have it checked out. Good Luck ! :)
