Does it really work? the ad seems sooo tempting. but i dont know if it really helps. has anybody tried it?

I have purchased a number of items on tv and I have always been let down. I don't trust anything on tv anymore. They have their ways of advertising to make it look tempting. Quit watching it and the temptation will subside.
