Tell him , email, text message , try an e greeting ( that way,you will know if he picked it up)
tell him you were wrong for the silent treatment and you didn't mean to shut him out , and promise to never do that again, and please help you two as a couple by expressing how he would want to deal with any problems, you may have in the future,, he might take the silent treatment as a break up, there is such thing as fighting fair, working through differences can make you stronger as a couple.

If you love him talk to him and make sure he knows to hear you out, if he does that then you know he cares for you. If not then he's not a good person to be around love and learn by forgiving.
