Well, it's your fault if you actually wanted the relationship to work. In order for you to ignore your boyfriends feelings, he had to have tried to talk to you about them. He put in effort to try to resolve whatever problem you guys were having.
However, it shouldn't be too late though. He's not yet married. Just because he's seeing other women doesn't mean that you guys can't get back together. He may have felt frustrated with your actions and started to look elsewhere. If he really cared about you though, it wouldn't be so easy to get you off his mind- unless he figured you'd never change. If you want the relationship, talk to him, and try to win him back. If you don't, consider this a lesson learned and move on.

Yes, It is your fault that he chose to leave. If he did not get the emotional support he needed then there probably wasn't much of a relationship to stick around for.
If you continue to do this with your next boyfriend, then he may also leave.as well. Before you get into a marriage, you may need to figure out why this is happening and confront it so it doesn't cause problems in your marriage. It is best to fix it early on so you learn how to communicate and deal with feelings early before it becomes to hard later in life.
It isn't easy and sometimes it is painful, trust me, I'm 38 and dealing with it now, I've been married 16 years.

Uh, yeah, hello, anyone in there? No matter what the feelings are that you ignored, you made him feel like you just plain didn't care! Yes, men have feelings too. As you ignored his feelings, did he still tend to yours? If so, ignoring his was a completely selfish act. That is why he moved on. He wanted someone who would make him feel like he mattered. Now, you have to move on yourself. Just keep this in mind so you don't make the same mistake again.

Pretty much sounds like it from your description. Even though guys are suppose to be big and tough and not care about feelings deep down they still want someone to listen to them and to care about what they care about ..... on occasion. On the other saide though maybe you didn't really care about him that much if you were ignoring him so maybe it's no big loss. There's probably somebody better out there for you.

That's your own fault.
If you cared about your boyfriend in the first place, you wouldn't have ignored his feeling. Instead, you would have been there for him and listened to what he had to say.
He has the right to move on to someone he feels will actually care about him. And, you can't get mad. You had your chance and you blew it.
