Squeeze some lemons and limes and add olive oil, white wine and crushed garlic (if you like garlic). Put the tuna steaks in the mixture to marinate overnight, or at least for a few hours. Pan fry the tuna steaks and serve with green veg for colour and finish with chopped mango on top of the tuna, the flavours go really well together. Enjoy!

Marinate with lime juice, mango puree, fresh corrinader, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper and then simply grill it. And then add Brie on the top, melt it. Make sure tuna is still staying pink inside. Have it with some fries, salad and rest of the marinated sauce.

Nice hot griddle pan with olive oil sear one side give it 2 mins turn over and the same time turn back over turning the steak in the opposite direction so as to give it a nice cross pattern lemon juice and a twist of pepper and salt .
This fish is recommended cooked like a steak and keep under done.ENJOY

In the bbq, wrapped in foil, with chopped onion, tomatoes, capsicums, and mushrooms. Also add a small amount of wine and vinegar! Serve with rice and a good drink!
