I always say....if it was without my knowledge then how would I know? (at which point I tend to get strip searched).

For just a little more ridiculous airport humor.
I am a 65 year old Grandmother. The last time my Husband and I flew all of my luggage (not his) and I got searched both ways (that means coming and going, to keep your minds from wandering to other kinds of humor)
I lost my 2 inch knitting scissors but not my 10 inch metal knitting needles.
They even swiped my purse for chemicals (I keep wet wipes in a zip lock when I travel, and had AA batteries for my camera) Apparently they looked suspicious when Xrayed.
I personally found it hysterically silly.

My other favorite is "Do you have any illegal drugs or weapons to declare?"
In South Africa, instead of you're question they ask, did someone else pack you're bag? Which I think is more sensible than the "without you're knowledge" question.

Fact is if you answer this question "no"
Then you cant use it as an excuse when they catch you with a bag of charlie in your luggage!

Next time listen to the question,
they ask, has your baggage been left unattended or has anyone asked you to carry anything onto the aircraft?
They ask the questions for your safety you dimwit.
