If you only have a little bit of fat then doing sit ups would help you remove it from your hips and thighs.You can do crunches for your stomach.Since you are saying that you are thin I don't think that you need to worry about the diet.You may just out the fatty foods and that would be fine.Try a bit of running and jogging as well.
