they are very similar but cat wipes have a different kind of formula in it so that the cat does not break out and you really never want to use human stuff on an animal. they can have very bad results

I have purchased some Bath Wipes for a cat owner in the past: Perfect Coat Bath Wipes is what the product is called. Basically, they are moist cloth wipes similar to baby wipes for the idea is there to easily and quickly keep your pet clean and smelling fresh.
The product claims that it is specially formulated to leave your pets skin and coat clean and shiny. Along with safely eliminating tough pet orders. That the product is enriched with moisturizing conditioners that will leave your pet’s skin and coat healthy and that it is alcohol free being that the product is mild enough for everyday use. Plus the product claims to reduce static buildup from pet’s coat.
The directions where simple enough just open tub. Pull out wipe and close lid tightly. Wipe your pet as needed. Then dispose of used wipes in trash. Do not flush.
I am sad to report that the Perfect Coat Bath Wipes (Kitty Wipes) weren’t as effective as actually washing your cat, in the kitchen sink, bathtub or wherever you wash your pet with a good scrubbing of soap and water but I don’t know? *shrugs* Every other cat that I randomly see looks a lot more groomed than the cat that I bought to product for.
I do know that the owner also tried baby wipes on the cat as well and believe or not the baby wipes did a better job than the actual product meant for cats but such a product, wipes, are only good for a quick clean up. Sort of like how a human would wash themselves with a wash cloth. Not actually get into the shower and wash them selves but wet a washcloth and wipe them selves down. You are still dirty just a little fresh for the moment. Something to hold you until you actually hop into the shower. Well, the same applies for a cat and the Kitty Wipes and or Baby Wipes.
And, to go back to the cat owner using Baby Wipes on her cat, the cat threw up after that. When she told this I went into her bathroom to check out the Baby Wipes product that she used on the cat and the product had perfume in it so I thought maybe that had something to do with the cat throwing up.
All in all, there really isn’t any difference between the two but if your pet is sensitive I suggest you circumspectly read the product and make sure it is scented-free and what not. Alcohol free, Aloe free and the list goes on.
paaatches --You know what product is downright useless? Those Waterless Bath sprays, now that’s a useless product. What a waste of money.

They're basically the same. I have to use baby wipes to clean the folds on my English Bullodog, and my vet said that there was not any real difference between the baby wipes and pet wipes.

I've never heard of kitty wipes, but my guess would be that baby wipes would be less harsh than kitty wipes just because babys skin is so sensitive.

No they are not! NEVER use a human product on a cat. Think about it, a human baby does not lick its bum where you use the wipe....a cat does. Cat wipes are made with ingrediants meant to be safe for a cat to ingest...baby wipes are not. However, I think its ok to use cat wipes on a baby...but why would you want to? They are more expensive.

look at the label if it says not for human use then no. but most wipes
no chemical wipes are the same

no they definately have different stuff in them...i wouldnt use baby wipes instead of cat wipes

very similar and i use baby wipes to clean my cats' unmentionables after they poop and to wipre paws after we come in fom walkies. No bad effects that I noticed.

I was told by a pet store employee that they are the same thing. I figure if he was telling me to save my money and not buy at his store, it must be true.
