well 1st have you ever ask her did she have a man ? than if she said no you should give her some flowers and be like i really like you from what i have seen and i would if bless if you go on a date with me if she try to say no just be like i will give you time to think it over than kiss her hand walk away she will go....

I have no idea she said no before then give it time be there for her just be her friend. . .and then the realationship might grow into something more and that will make it that much stornger you won't regret just being her friend
