I suppose that you asked him how he feels about you, and this was his answer. Translation: "I don't know you well enough to answer this question; after all, we just met."
He thinks that you are cute, and that you are a good person, that's why he is dating you, but he is not in love with you -- yet.

Love is never like the stories or movies. sad to say, but men are going to be more physcially attracted at first then slowly there feelings will develope further over time. If he says your beautiful, he means it. It means he is attracted to you. Just let him know you like to hear it so he doesn't stop telling you. Let him know how you feel when he tells you that. That will let him know it scores him points with you being sweet.

what was the kiss like?? on the lips, lingering and a little demanding?? arms around you holding you close??
that would be passion, especially if you felt it rising in his pants.
just leaning over and giving you a comfort kiss would be a different story.

Men don't have emotions. Your question makes no sense. Looking for emotion from a man is the surest path to heartbreak there is.

the prove is not strong enough to say that he has feelings for you. if he's been doing that for quite a while and do good stuff for you, he might have feelings for you. if it's just recently that he's saying nice things to you, there are some possible answers. he wants to do you, or he really like you.. be patient.. it's up to you
