i am one of those ppl that hate waking up early int he morning at six. i usually go to bed betwwe 9 and midnight and wake up in a bad mood... so wat do i do? i go to bed at 8 and wake up refreshed, BUT then during the day, i just get tierder and tireder....wat do i do?

To wake at 6 go to bed by 10 pm and then as soon as you get up, take a shower. This is what I do and it really wakes you up.

Exercise,train! When your body makes that a habbit, you won't be too tired when you do less, you will be full of energy. Also, if you smoke, stop right now.
