well there are two answers to that. If she means friends in the term of friendship, then it's simple. Even married couples have friends that they can hang out with for down time. She probably just wants some space, so that your relationship doesn't go overkill. I think it's very healthy for her to have some of her own friends and you the same.
Now if you mean she wants to see other people for dating reasons, then that means that she can see herself with someone else other than you. And that's all the info you should need.
