Well, I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news, and once everyone reads this... you will all race home and clean your bathrooms!

We all know what a toilet is, and what it's used for. But what you may not know is that there is alot going on there thay you CANT see!

When you flush your toilet, millions of tiny little particles fly up into the air and land outside of the toilet! They are so small, you cant see them or feel them, but they are there. And everyone of these droplets are filled with the germs and bacteria found in whatever you just deposited into the toilet! Yup! and e-coli is your biggest threat there!

This is why they say to NEVER leave your toothbrush in the bathroom! These particles fly thru the air and land up to a 10 foot radius. Your cup, bar of soap, toothbrush, wash cloth and whatever you leave on the bathroom counter are all in the line of fire of your toilet. Gross, aint' it!

If you dont believe me... try this... hold a piece of tissue paper over the toilet seat and flush - you sill see the splatter all over the tissue paper.

and on a final note - dont ever flush the toilet while you are still sitting on it!

eawww eawww eawww!

good luck everybody! Now go and clean your bathrooms, and get a new tooth brush while you are at it!

Where do you live so that I know not to go there. That is one of my biggest pet peeves, having a dirty bathroom. I'm sure your subjecting youself and others to some viruses. GERMS GERMS GERMS! Let's see, you spit in the sink when you brush your teeth, well, that's if you brush your teeth, I'm sure there's all kinds of nasties around and on your toilet. My suggestion is give it one good cleaning and steralization, then buy those cleaning wipes, and wipe everything down as needed.

Colds, flu, and just about anything that anyone brings home and to your bathroom, besides that there is the probability of getting bugs. Other than that , you will disgust any visitors you may get, and probally won't get many after a while.

OK, you get this really hot date, and invite her (or him) to come in for a nightcap, and she (or he) has to go use the bathroom. Comes out of the gross bathroom deciding she (or he) would really rather get home, there's an important appointment in the morning.

A string of mildew on the shower walls could sneak down and grab your foot while you're showering. You wouldn't have a chance. It would quickly grow and eat your leg.
