what is the best work out to flatten tummy quickly?? im not over weight but just have a little fat in my tummy and i want to work it out to flatten completely. and what kind of food to need avoid??

I am tempted to say an active participation in sex would do it. But I won't.

Only real way to do what you want is with sit up's or some variation of that. It really comes down to burning calories.
If you burn more than you take in the body will go get it where ever it is.

Just 15 min workout a day or 30 every other day should do it over time as long as your not over eating.

There appears to be no system of exercising which can flatten only stomach. The exercises can only develop muscles of abdominal region.

By exercising and weight control, one can shape up the entire body and make it proportionate. One very effective method of controling food intake is to eat slow. There is saying chewing a morsel as many times as the number of teeth u have.

eat all the good food and the bad
just do 30+ crunches befroe you go to bed
don't do it in the moring it wont help as much

The only way to get that fat off your stomach is to burn it. You need to do some cardio. Also cut out high fat foods, high carb foods, sugar, bread, potatoes and pasta. Oh and if you drink soda, stop.

put your feet under the underlip of the couch while sitting on the cround and do sit ups!! yay

stomach exersises, you lie flat facing upwards and then do some sit ups
