They blink so they become distinct from ambient lighting. Just the fact you noticed this means the system works! It is all to get better visibility of the aircraft. The lights (and how they blink) mean different things to someone seeing them but you didn't ask about that.

Two lights alternating back-forth at the front are anti-collision lights)
Strobes are are just enunciating.
Navigation lights are the red-green lights which tell you if a plane is flying toward you or away. (Red is always on the left wing, green is always right just like a boat).
The red "rotating" beacon on the bottom and top tell you the engines are running.
The landing lights and taxi lights are just those matching purposes.

Definitely a blinking light is more visible than a steady light. The lights help to show how big the plane is, whether engines are working, what is the left wing and what's the right. The left wing is shown by a red light, the right has a green one, there are two lights one on the top and the other on the bottom to show whether the engines are on, there is one at the tailend.

Because usally the plane have red light and this colour of light is used at a place of tower which indicates tht tehere is some building which gives a clear messsage to pilot to take precaution's.

And the light of plane blinks because if some other plane is on the way then both planes can come to know that the accident does not occur.

The lighting fixtures are meant to be considered on floor or perhaps as the airplane es flying..on floor that's going to ad those who each and every thing is waiting and that's about to flow ..that's an illustration for the pushback flow operator that brakes onboard are in off position..even as flying it identifies if the airplane is advertisement or protection stress besides being an illustration for the administration tower to suggestion the pilot that he's on sight even as he's on very last technique of the airport in which he's about to land

To make it more visible. Blinking lights are more noticable than steady ones. The colors of the lights let other pilots know which direction the plane is going in.

the blinking lights are landing lights that have to be when the plane is below 15,000 feet, even if the plane is taking off. They blink to get your attention and the attention of other planes so that there are no collisions

The eye sees blinking lights at night as more of an attention grabber than sollid lights, this way they can see the plane and hopefully not run into it.

The blinking light you are referring to is an anti collision light. it is on always in flight and usually while taxing.

You should probably be asking questions about English grammar. Your question is difficult to understand.

Added after your rude email....

Well, you have just proven yourself a total moron as I suspected. I'm thinking that you must really have a rough time finding work. Can you say: "Would you like fries with that?".... but I think they do drug testing.
