I once heard of a case about a lady who was in a coma and when she woke up she could only speak german (a language she was taught as a child) and could no longer speak English. Is this in any way related to "aphasia"? Does anyone have the detail on this case?

I have heard about this but it is very rare. It is a very specific form of aphasia with a particular name that I cannot at this point remember!!! lol
I will do some searching and see if I can come up with it and add it to this later.
