Take some baby carrots, some radishes and some spinach.
Put it in a cuisinart or small food processer and chop it up until
it is the consistency of coucous.

Take it out and put it in a bowl. Fold in some dill salad dressing.
This stuff has a really nice bite to it. Works well as a dip or side salad.

Lightly steam fresh spinach just till it's bright green, then drain off the water (save for soup) put a little ghee (clarified butter) on it, a sprinkling of nutmeg and coriander, a few drops of a tasty vinegar, a pinch of sugar. Cut up w/ a fork and knife in "strips" east-west, then north-south. Grate hard-boiled egg and crumble vegie or turkey-bacon over it, stir up and savor!

Oh yes! You need to cook it for a few minutes and then put it in the mixer with just a little bit of cream (or something less fatty if you are on a diet) and serve it with mashed potato and fried egg. Yumm!

Make spinach and ricotta cannelloni, or put it in a vegetable lasagna. I always put it in curries and in vegetable stir fries. It's supposed to be nice on a muffin, topped with a poached egg. I eat it raw in salads. You could put it in omelettes or vegetable frittata. Personally I prefer it raw in salads as I'm not that keen on the slimy texture once cooked., I try to use it though as its so good for you.

Cook up some polenta to the consistency of mashed potato (use instructions on back of packet) and then add creme fraiche and your spinach. Also some salt and pepper. Nice alternative to mashed potato. Is nice with pork, unless you are a vegetarian!

Well first you have to spell it right, then you make a nice Cheese Sauce and after steaming the vegetable you pour the sauce all over it. Yummy.

I like spinach boiled, drained, then buttered, add a bit of crumbled boiled egg and bits of cooked bacon in it.
Its kinda like a weird cassarole that they used to serve to us when I was in bootcamp. Everyone else hated it but I liked it.
