i can wear my hair down in a bob but they still stick out, my best friend says i should just wear pigtails and be proud of my ears and not try to hide them from boys but her boyfriend says i look like a car with both doors open and shouldn't wear pigtails.
I don't really mind that i have big ears but i'm a bit worried that boys wont date me.
What should i do?

If a boy won't date you because of your ears, then he is NOT a boy you'd want to date anyway. Embrace your ear-ness! Call yourself Dumbo as a screen name, if you want. Wear your hair in pigtails if you like it that way. And know that to the right guy, none of the little stuff, like ears, will matter.
Now, if you just want to date a LOT of guys, without regard for quality, and you're worried that your ear-ness will put them off, then you can have surgery on your ears or you can use that glue like supermodels do to pin theirs back for a shoot. I don't know much about it, though.

You could try wearing your hair down in a different style and see if you like it like that. Your friends boyfriend sounds immature and might even like you a little bit b/c he is teasing you. I'm sure your ears aren't that big really. Don't listen to him. You're not trying to impress him anyway, are you?
BTW: I am in my thrities and I love pigtails too. I wear them occasionally and can get away with it b/c I look younger than I am.

Don't worry about your ears they are just fine,and pigtails are cute.Iwear them all the time but my hair is past my bottom.My husband loves them and i get Lot's of compliments from men and women.It actually looks very girlish.You will be surprised at how many men might like your ears just the way they are!

I love pigtails! Too bad my hair's too short for them since I got a haircut. Anyways, I usually wear them loosely in the front. Don't have them high or on the side of your head. Look like an "atomic kitten instead of a girl scout". LOL! I also like braids.

men like confidence and individuallity so basiccally you could have a mo hawk and if the boy is really honest and not pushed by peer pressure then you will attract the right sorta boy! your friend is un lucky to have such a materialistic boyfriend! ps i think some of these answers are very derogitory to women espessially when my guess is that you are so young! my best advise to u is that these are the men you should avoid

You would be surprised by how little most boys care about vanity. If you're cute, you're cute no matter how big your ears are. Sounds like your friends boyfriend is a bit of a jerk. Tell his friends that your friend told you he has a small...

yea pig tails are a little immature, try a style wear you can cover your ears, or just wear it down. Maybe try a really modern style and see how you like it

if you wear your hair in pigtails, that makes it easier for us to hang on to it when you are between our knees. at that point, ears dont matter

Someone might think your ears are cute. You can’t hide them because they are going to see your ears some time.
