. I worked around of alot of farms and right now its pumpkin picking and apple picking time on top of working in a warehouse the bays are open all day and the workers come in an out letting these bugs in the office.

Gnats are very common in wooded and farm areas. Since gnats breed in tiny pockets of water, the best thing to do is make sure there are no little pools of water in your area. This includes small pockets of water trapped in leaves, clogged gutters and puddles. Other than that, use insect repellent and wear glasses or goggles -- gnats like to go after your eyes.

Gnats are attracted to the color yellow. Either hang some fly sticks or get some bright yellow contact paper and cover each side with 2 sided tape so the outside is sticky. Place them where the gnats hang out. They will stick to it and die. Replace them as often as necessary.

You would have to kill all the gnats in the office by using a "bug bomb." You can use the one that kills fleas, this will wipe 'em out. That way all the air in the office gets fumegated, because using raid in certain spots doesn't kill all of them.
