You have to pay for those programs. They are not free. You need to go to Best Buy or a computer store to buy the software.

They are a part of MS Office. I have Word and have seen Powerpoint as a separate unit, but I am not sure about Excel, but not on Microsoft, on Amazon.com.

You have to pay for Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Unless you want to steal it from warez/crack sites. You'll probably get viruses and spyware, too. Microsoft may have trial or beta versions, but they will expire. Try OpenOffice www.openoffice.org. It's free and very good.

They are not free programs, you have to purchase them. If the programs came free with your computer then you should have restore cd's to reinstalled the preinstalled apps.
There is a free office suite alternative at OpenOffice.org
