I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:

1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.

There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/ that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

Hi Jasmine-

First you might want to go to a doctor or Dermatologist to see if it is indeed acne.. In the areas you are describing it could be a form of eczema or psoriasis...If you have gone already and they say Yes- it is acne, I would suggest washing and using a Carrot Soap- all natural or even Tea Tree Soap.. I would also use an all natural skin moisturizer to balance the moisture in your body... As always do eat bad food for you in moderation.. *Sometimes we cant help but grab a burger or two* Drink lots of water.... Exfoliate Dead Skin with a loofa sponge....

Hope this helps

Hi, I am a dermatologist by profession and according to me acne is normal for teens as they go through various hormonal changes in their bodies. If we keep on trying to heal pimples before they come then in 90% of the cases they won't come out but in 10% of the cases they will reside inside the skin and harm the skin by massive redness, itching and sometimes rashes.

I do recommend http://remove-acne-fast.com/ to all the teenagers who come to me for treating their acne. As this is a guide to get rid of pimples and the best part is all are healthy and tricks that actually works. I tried some listed techniques with my patients and the results were fast and impressive as compared to pills and surgeries.

Hi,
I am a dermatologist by profession and within a careeer of 10 years I have seen lots of acne problems. According to me Red and white pimples are the worst and painful. Acneprone skin is very sensitive, even if you touch it once the redness will increase with itching. According to me there is no magical way to heal your pimples over night as this is the puffed part of your skin due to the bacteria.

In simple words try to improve your diet and have lots of water that helps in healingg process. Un-necessary oily food should be avoided to get a healthy spotless skin.

Might sound weird and something crazy to do. But, toothpaste really works.

Don't have to go out and buy a expensive brand use the one you have at your

house. How long you leave it on is truly up to you. Some leave it on for a few

minutes. Some leave it on till it starts to split. And don't leave it on

overnight. I'm not a wild sleeper I sleep on my back so I leave it on overnight

since I don't go to bed till like 1 in the morning and have to wake up at 5.

exfoliate... exfoliate... exfoliate, but only at least once or twice a week... for the blackheads you can go get facials and ask the person to remove them for you or you just gently steam your face till the pores are open and gently squeeze all the dirt out with a tissue and as soon as you are done splash cold water onto your face so that the pores close
