Everything you hear about the benefits of vinegar is hearsay nonsense.Vinegar is very acidic and could lead to GERD if used in excess.Hardening of the liver is another downfall of excessive vinegar consumption. It won't really remove many nutrients but there is zero proven benefit to drinking it.Just another stupid fad.

I know that Vinegar makes your blood thin so it must be destroying your blood cells. Put a piece of steak in vinegar overnight and you will see that it will be eaten by the vinegar, so it is a very strong acid.

I'm really not sure about the destroying vitamins thing...perhaps if you drank it in large quantities but otherwise I can't see how it could hurt at all.

Many people drink a shot with warm water first thing in the morning, apparently it helps kick start their metabolism encouraging better digestion and processing of your foods each day.

My step mothers mum has done this for the last 65 years and is perfectly fine...fit and looking pretty dang good for nearly 80 years of age....maybe there is something to it!

I know vinegar is supposed to have miraculous properties but personally I put it down to hype and people wanting to sell books!!
Don't drink it, it will cause severe problems by upsetting the body's normal balance of trace elements. Use it on your chips but thats it....oh its also good for cleaning windows.

Small amounts of vinegar are beneficial but you wouldn't exactly call two tablespoons 'drinking' it, would you?
If you had half a pint a day you'd be asking for trouble as it's dilute acetic acid.
