chest is growing larger but im not overweight

First get a bra that isn't too tight 4 u and will make them look smaller than don't wear tight shirts but more baggy no totally but just a bit.
That is all I know 4 know cuz i am only 12

I take it you are a boy, because if you are a girl, growing boobs at 13 is what your bocy does. If you are a boy, bouys also start to develop at about your age. If your "boobs" are getting bigger, it doesn't mean you are growing boobs, as boobs consist out of glands and tissue that only girls have. Maybe you need to do a bit of excercise aimed specifically at your pecs - (pectoral muscles) which will make them a bit more tight and less saggy.

Let's assume you are a male, because at 13 for a girl boobs should be growing. I would suggest you go to the library and look up exercises to develop the chest (pectoral?) muscles. That way your "boobs" will just look like - and may be muscle.

If you are female this is great.you are maturing in to a woman.If you are a male the best thing to do is start working out it will turn boobs into muscle.

I would talk to your mother and ask her to buy you a book on your body. A good one is "Your Body, Yourself". It tells you everything you will go through. My body matured at a young age too and it's hard sometimes. Make sure you buy a bra, it makes you less selfconscious.

Start buying low cut tops and getting used to a lot of attention Use them to your advantage they can help pay a LOT of bills

that happend to me when i was that age some guys get that and it goes away while some keep it.u might have to have surgery to get rid of the tissue there.

Well if you are male you have a hormonal problem if you are a female you will have an envy problem
