Unimaginable colors, newness with no entropy. John's visions are all we really have to go by, and it sounds wild up there

I can picture it quite clearly. When I meditate I occasionally attain a state of complete inner peace and well being where I am totally detached from material desires or concerns and I imagine nirvana/heaven would be similar to that feeling only many times more intense. If it is I wouldn't mind spending eternity there.

The movie "What Dreams May Come" does a good job of showing the state of being in the afterlife.

I believe that there are infinite planes of existance, some better and some worse than this one. If a person lives a good life, that person gets promoted to a better world in their next life. If a person lives a bad life, that person gets demoted to a worse world. A better world might have less of the things that make life bad here such as disease, poverty, greed or war. A worse world might have more of those.

I dont picture it - just think it will feel amazing. Peace, joy, happiness, beauty, calm, perhaps angels singing the most beautiful worship music.......... ahhhhh cant wait! But then again life is waiting to be lived first! The more we put into life, perhaps the better heaven will be!!!

In my heaven, I see greenery and light. I see wonderfully luminating colors on flowers that could never be on earth and gold buildings all over the city. Streams and perfectly tailored nature parks. Buildings for us to sing in glorious unison to our Heavenly Father. Museums of the holiest arts that we on earth can never fathom. And of course my favorite and yours, God and the lamb ~ from where the light emanates from their very beings. They are my sun, they are my light, they are my rain, they are my life.
But above all those things ~ I see harmony.

I think of it more as a feeling than an "image" if that makes sense. I imagine feeling complete peace...something I struggle for now.

I don't really picture a specific picture because I think Heaven will be spiritual. :)
