Generally when animals migrate to Canada they just walk across the border. People immigrate to Canada, and that's a whole different kettle of moose.

There are many fraudsters that claim to help people immigrate to Canada. Be careful. There is nothing like a government authorized agency. The government of Canada has made the immigration process simple enough for the average person to follow and do it themselves. Private agencies do not have any power over the decision made on an application. Do not get defrauded.
Download the form from the official government website http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.html.... Or go into any Canadian Consulate, High Commission or Embassy and pick one up.
The form has to be filled out and signed. Mail that in to the closest Canadian Embassy, High Commission or Consulate. You can then use the same site to follow the progress of your application. There is an official call centre where an prospective immigrant can get information on immigrating to Canada.
