it isn't a mini doberman. It's a miniature pinscher, if you bred her you should know this, along with this issue of her having no papers. If she was registered and the breeder simply didn't give you the papers you can contact the breeder to get them, unless they made you sign a contract stating you would not breed her. If she isn't registered, then she has no papers and there is no way of getting papers for her pups.

You don't.
Did her breeder not want you to breed this dog in the first place so hence you were not given papers to register the dog?
Unless you plan on showing your future (spade or neutered) puppies in obedience, only then you can apply for an ILP (indefinite listing privilege) number for the pups from the AKC. The pups (you plan on breeding) have to have registered parents in order to be AKC registerable. ILP registered dogs have no recorded proof of lineage and therefore cannot be fully registerable with the AKC.
Any reputable breeder provides the proper paper work to you for AKC registration (or a limited registration) for each pup when it is sold or given away. Why do you want papers? Why are you planning a breeding with a non registered min pin anyway? Are you truly knowlegable on this particular breed? Are you finacially prepared if something goes wrong? These questions and more need to be asked of yourself before you consider having a basket full of cute puppies that you feel just have to be brought into this world when there are so many sitting in shelters right now because of irresponsible owners. Go to Petfinder.com and type in Min Pin under the dog search and see what I'm saying!

Is the Mini Doberman a recognized breed in any of the registrys, such as AKC, CKC, etc. If not, then there would be no issuing organization for the papers. Some individual breed groups that are working to be recognized; have governing bodies that will assist the breeders in DNA mapping to prove bloodlines. You may want to do a search for the breeds parent organization, if there is one. Contact them for directions on DNA testing, some use blood others use cheek swabs.

You cannot get papers on a dog whose parents are not papered. There is no way to prove lineage beyond the parents if there parents have no papers. However, if the parents have papers then you need to contact the breeder from whom you obtained the puppy.

You probably won't be able to, but you can call the AKC and ask.

Before they laugh at you, however....you should be aware that there is NO SUCH THING as a mini Doberman. I'm assuming you are talking about a miniature pinscher.

Here's a thread from just last night on that very subject:

Most likley you will not get papers on her.
I am not sure how dogs are registered in Cyprus.
If her parents were registered with some registry and they keep a DNA data base you could have it done throught DNA testing but it would be expensive and the registry would have to already have DNA on file for both parents.
AKC does some Dna regsitry stuff but not all dogs who are registered have the DNA on file.

If she is pure-bred without papers, that means you cannot prove her lineage. Therefore, her pups can't have papers either.

You will have to contact the AKC. They will explain how you can have your dog certified as a purebred.

Otherwise if both parents are not registered you cannot register the puppies.

First you have to go to where you got her from and see if the parents had any papers.
If they did not then no.
If they did then you can send a application to the akc (American Kennel Club) Or if your in Canada CKC
Hope this helps?

Unless you got them when you bought her, there isnt any way you can get them. The person you bought her from can either sell the pups with or without papers.
