Dubai, and Arabs in general are mostly a cucooned society, they are very conservative, in nature. It is forbidden to shake hands of a woman in fact, What dating ? dating is a taboo subject in Dubai, and who was the wise guy who answered that there is no internet in dubai. Dubai is the worlds number one media City, my friend. I respect the values developed by the society there, and wish we had those values in India.
