I to do activites with the children and find it hard to keep there're atention the age's are 3yr - 12yr please any ideas or advice would be nice

love the kareoke sugestion but like my ear drums the way they are lol not got problem getting them to sit just finding problem finding somthing they all enjoy to do

Keep it slow and simple for the younger kids. Don't try to stick to any kind of schedule, it will go up in smoke in a matter of seconds TRUST ME!
For the older kids, keep it as culturally relevant as possible; they like to pretend to be little know-it-alls, but they love it when you talk about stuff that you like.
My biggest piece of advice: Don't worry if things don;t go perfectly, as long as you and the kids are having (safe) fun, everything's all right!

try the 12 yr olds to come up with new games to entertain the toddlers, but participate and make necessary adjustments. the idea is to make the older children feel responsible and toddlers to benefit from the games!

try asking the kids what they'd like to do? arrange a day you can have a "meeting" with them and see what idea's they come up with the older one esp would love the idea of a "meeting" and the younger one will love giving their idea's too

introduce a way of making them all stop what they're doing and listen to you so that you can get them to calm down and you can take control again, for example clapping a rhythm and clicking your fingers so they will copy and then fold your arms...they will follow and it works a treat!
