Try a higher quality food that does not have undigestable ingredients such as corn or byproducts. The higher quality food costs a little more per bag, but you end up feeding less of it because it doesn't have all the crappy fillers in it.

Canidae, Innova, Wellness, California Natural, etc.

Turns into waste meaning he dumps it on the ground or passes out in bowel movements?

If he is eating a lot of food and keeping it down but passes it in BM's, chances are it's not right kind of food. Lamb-based foods are easier to digest and cause less vomitting, diarhea and all those other nasty side-effects. Perhaps you should consider changing his food before offering anything more.

Take into consideration his activity. Is he an active dog? Is he always outside? Is he mostly inside? Is he lazy? These are all things to think about when buying food. Each dog food contains different amounts of "things". Too much protein for a lazy dog will cause his tummy to become upset and will cause diarhea. Some dogs, even though they are healthy, may have a hard time digesting certain ingredients--which could cause constant bowel movements. On the other hand, they may be getting less protein than they need and it makes it harder to digest (which makes a fat dog).

Consider switching foods and try a lamb-based food. It's less expensive than other brands, is often the #1 ingredient and is easier to digest.

look at the ingredence on the dog food if the first ingredient is not chicken, beef, or lamb then you need to swich dog foods the reason he just poops it out is because he is probably eating alot of corn which is just a filler in dog foods that keeps the cost down you should try switching to a dog food thats main ingredient is some kind of meat instead such as iams

What kind of food is he eating? Maybe you need a higher quality food without as much filler product. If your food contains corn or a lot of other grains, that may be your problem.

Try Canidae, Innova, California Natural...
