i have 7 year old son and i have tried eating all healthy food and also cheese butter ,milk banans etc but no use i just wanna increase 5kg

Hi Simi Dear i think you should change your daily routine. Friend i am 19 year old 70 kg but i am not that fat. I am a guy of 5''11
height. You know i am like this because i eat curd in-spit of milk and believe me its true. I think you are Indian and may be Punjabi because you are MS Simran. That's why eat aalu ke parathe.
Bye and take care. Be happy in life you will be more than 50 kg.

If you are a woman, 48 kg sounds ok for your height. To increase wieght eat more breads, pastas carb rich foods.

it ll really works....try this
1)eat one gram of cheese daily
2)eat 6 bananas daily
4)take bearable hot water add one table spoon of olive oil n honey in it n drink every day in morning after u wake up
5)3)take an apple b4 breakfast
6)massage Unboiled Milk Of goat on Ur whole body.
7)take a food supplement, its "SPIRULINA"
2 tablets 15 mins after meals, 3 times a day.

try dietary supplements like proteins, amino-acids, etc. Believe me. They works. Good luck!

your weight is ok.
dont take tention ur weight will go up without doing anything.
or eat ashwagandha ayurvedic tablets
