Flip him over on his stomach and give him that sulfur mustard enema I have prepared for him. Then bind and gag him, knock him unconcious, and take the money anyway.

Take him hostage and hold him for ransom to Al-queda. When they come for him instead of him they'll discover a 20,000 pound bomb that would be detonated remotely. I would hand him over to American authorities claim the reward and give them the money Osama had.

thats a really stupid question because his bounty is 25 million, even if it wasn't i would probably shoot him in the legs or something and let some American soldiers beat the crap out of him, my dad is a retired NYC firefighter and he lost a lot of friends in 9/11 including his best friend
