There is an all natural product on the market called (terrible name) Menstrual Magic. It is an all natural blend of essential oils. It really works great without the long term effects of Midol or other un-natural products. You can order it over the internet at www.menstrualmagic.com My wife has used the product and it has helped her. It contains a lot of sage so you may end up burping up sage taste for a few hours, but hey, no harmful side effects. Call the 800 number, I think they will give you a sample or two. Good luck.
P.S. Eat a turkey sandwich before taking it, that way it will feel (or should I say taste) like Thanksgiving every month, what a joy!

Speak to your doctor, I used to suffer with terrible pre-menstral and menstral pains.
He will probably recommend that you go on the contraceptive pill. This regulates your hormones and really does prevent pain. I first started taking the pill when I was 15, and it was prescibed for pain reasons, not contraceptive reasons. It really did help. There are certain brands that are more effective than others so explain the situation to your GP and I'm sure he'll be happy to help.

Midol used to work pretty well for me. It even worked on the headaches I would get at that time, because my regular pain reliever wouldn't.
