I find her very attractive and she's of a similar age. She lives with her mother who I think is a little wary of me (I am clean, well presented and a professional so I don't know why). I hardly see her and she catches me off guard and un-prepared when I do see her. I'm a stranger to her and don't want to turn her off me or scare her by asking her out straight. Any ideas on how to approach this?

Easy, start slowly, smile at her when you next see her. Make passing comments about the weather, notice some thing that she is interested in, like when she comes back from the shops notice which shops she went to and maybe strike up a conversation with her that you think she might be interested in. For example, if you bump into her when she's come back from HMV perhaps ask her what CD she bought. Then you can talk about music and how you are into similar music then she is (don't lie about this if it's not true, but try to find common ground), then perhaps you could mention a gig that is happening next thursday, maybe she might want to go with you. If she's busy, don't just say some other time, but see if you can actually arrange another time. If not you know she proberby isn't interested! If not, your in there sunshine!

Have a dinner party or drinks party at your house with some friends and then pop around explain that you will be having a party and you promise not to keep it going until too late (which will impress mother with your considerate nature,) Ask daughter if she would like to come as you would like the opportunity to get to know your neighbour better. I am sure she will be flattered, but if she says no thank you, then you know where you stand.

Next time you see the girl say hi and smile and do all that while LOOKING INTO HER EYES AND NOT HER BREASTS,BUM OR LEGS!!!!!
make small talk-ask her her name (IF you dont know it yet) and give her a compliment! then get the hell out of there! why? cos it makes her curious bout you! and it also leaves a good last impression of you in her memory and so next time you see her you will find talkin to her easier! and vice versa!

My ex next door neighbour once asked me if I could help get a bird out of her house that was flapping about a bit. There was no bird of course. Not the feathered kind anyway. She just wanted sex. Perhaps you could try something along those lines.

Organise an even or party round your house and invite her. Then, all you have to do is talk to her, find out soem of her interests, but, dont pretend to love everything she says, as 1) that will probably backfire and 2) girls like it wen u disagree (politly, in a jokey sought of way, not aggressivly) with them, trust me!

Be a man and walk up to her and let her know your feelings. If you don't do that you will only keep suffering in silence which i believe isn't what you need. take the bull by the horns and be a man, u will only know when you let her know how you feel and ask her out!

Do you consult together with her on an identical time as she is on the balcony? in case you do in basic terms ask her to dangle out. in case you dangle out allot and he or she looks to consistently be satisfied around you than according to probability which could be a demonstration that she likes you. in case you prefer a line to declare to her than in basic terms provide her a compliment or say " I consistently come out here and spot you and that i dont comprehend your call, I dont prefer to be impolite so i determine i'm going to introduce myself. hi my call is (your call here)".
