Dancing! I take ballroom classes and we are learning: Swing, Cha-Cha, Rhumba, Fox Trot, Waltz, Samba, and Salsa. Its alot of fun!

I like Tae-Bo influenced work outs. I use the technique but I have to perform them at my level and I use weights and bands for resistance.
