Been put on 17 pounds in 2 weeks since April and the weight stays on. I went for laxative last week and that helped a bit of the clearing job. So I've taken vegetables for lunch for 2 days and drink lots of water, still I don't have the urge to go to the toilet.
Since I also got extrememly dehydrated skin since then, I believe that's something to do my excretion problem.

Any help?

You need to Increase your exercise routine (If any-If NOT Make one!)!

That will speed up Your Metabolism and there fore speed up the way your body absorbs and disposes of wastes.

White Grapes and Mineral Water detoxes are great for Clearing the Skin and Overall Body!
(But Try to do them when You are resting over the weekend!).
Avoid All processed Foods,Caffeine,Alcohol and Smoking!

Look up www.Dr.Natura.com. They have a great colonix and detox program. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now and find their program easy to follow, and very gentle. Good Luck!

well the three most important problems u face are weight gain,constipation and dehyration of skin.The most imp. symptoms of hypothyriodism.Go in for a thyroid check up.Till then take lots of water and fibrous foods.I hope the
reports are negative.
