There are best foods to eat for certain blood types, I guess a lot of people just haven't heard about them yet. I would love to be able to answer your question, but I don't know the answer. There was a doctor who wrote a book, but I can't remember the name of the Dr. or the name of the book. Sorry I'm not much help. But I am interested in the answer to this question too, so I hope that someone here will know the answer, or at least be able to direct us to a site where we can learn about the answer. Good luck!

There is no special type of food that one should take in, for any blood type.All stays well if u take a well balanced and nutritious diet at the right time of the day and stick with your time schedule as that is all that matters in the end.

if you looking to speed up your metabolism.... pineapple.
eat a few slices or pieces of pineapple after your meals..
im a+ and already have a really fast metabolism but still eat loads of pineapple anyway... i might gain a slight bit when i eat but i'll lose it even faster.
